These services will be at your expense and must be arranged before the date of the pickup.

Please Note: Invoices totaling less than $5,000, registered credit card is automatically used for payment. Internet Auction Payments: a) I) All sales are strictly for cash in United States dollars (including U.S. currency, bank wire transfers, personal or business checks total invoice priced under $5,000, and credit card payments; all subject to reporting requirements). All are subject to clearing and funds being received In Auctioneer’s account before delivery of the purchases. Auctioneer reserves the right to determine if a check constitutes “good funds” when drawn on a U.S. bank for ten days, and thirty days when drawn on an international bank. Credit Card (Visa or Master Card, and Discovery only) may be accepted up to $5,000 from non-dealers at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer, subject to the following limitations: • sales are only to the cardholder purchases are shipped to the cardholder’s registered and verified address Auctioneer may pre-approve the cardholder’s credit line, and must transact immediately upon invoice presentation rights of return are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which supersede those conditions promulgated by the card issuer floor Bidders must present their card. 3.1.1 Payment shall be made by cash or by wire transfer for invoices totaling $5,000 or higher (no split tender). Payment is due upon closing of the Auction session, or upon presentment of an invoice. Auctioneer reserves the right to void an invoice and cancel all bids by bidder if payment in full is not received within 2 business days after the close of the Auction. In cases of nonpayment, Auctioneer’s election to void a sale does not relieve the Bidder from their obligation to pay Auctioneer its fees (seller’s and Buyer’s premium) on the lot and any other damages pertaining to the lot.
Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice and address for pickup the following business day after the auction ends. Please allow up to 24 hours as all bidders may be assigned a time to control the flow & parking of auction pickup. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your spam/ junk folder. The pickup is on Friday, December 1st from 1:00pm - 6:00pm CST at 4109 Old Hwy 94 S, St. Charles, MO 63304. There will not be a pickup on any other date or time. If you can not make arrangements on this date to either pick up yourself or to have your representative or third party shipper pick up your items, please do not bid. Bidders have 2 options regarding shipping/pickup including: 1. Items may be picked up at the location, date, and times specified under the Auction Details tab, under the Auction Information section by either the Bidder or their designated representative. 2. In any instance where the Bidder is not picking up their own items written authorization shall be required designating the person the Auctioneer is authorized to release the Goods to. This includes Goods picked up by a shipper or any other person Bidder chooses to designate as their representative. Bidder agrees that email sent to lisa@c2cauction.com regarding said designation shall constitute written authorization. Due to a change in Missour tax law all shipping for our auctions is done via 3rd party and Coast2Coast Auctions will not be packing and shipping the comics in this auction. The UPS Store, Bill Thompson: 314-846-4300 Please note that you will likely receive your items faster if you pick one of our preferred shippers 3. You can also have a 3rd party shipper of your choice pick your items up for you during the pickup date and time. Regardless of the choice of shipper, it shall be the bidders responsibility to notify any shipper in time for the shipper to pickup their items during the specified times. Bidder has appointed the shipper to act as their agent. All items were sold AS IS, WHERE IS. By appointing shipper to act as their agent Bidder is authorizing the shipper to accept their Goods, and the responsibility for inspecting their Goods before accepting them.
